Should you choose to accept
Also, We've had such good weather here that I'm sure your son is doing a whole lot of fishing! Loosen the lasso a little bit!
I saw a photo on Instagram of a bass he caught yesterday. ;)
Sorry about your maple trees! Maybe you'll be able to find out who did it?
My husband tapped the trees Monty--with a drill and spiles. We're collecting sap to make maple syrup. Seven trees this year!
Oh I thought that you meant someone was stealing the sap!!!
One of the collection bags was on the ground next morning—wind or squirrel?
One good poem deserves another; both pachyderm themed:
Once there was an elephant
Who tried to use the telephant.
I mean there was an elephone
Who tried to use the telephone.
How ‘ere it was he got his trunk
Entangled in the telephunk.
The more he tried to get it free
The louder buzzed the telephee.
Dear me I am not certain quite
That even now I’ve got it right.
I guess I better drop this song
Of elephant and telephong.
Not of my own promulgation, of course.
“Somewhere in my youth or childhood
I must have done something good.”
A gift! Smiling! Thank you Gary!
