“Glutinous Rice Flour?” asked the muse of many questions. “And… rose water?” “Woodman’s online shopping app clearly indicated both items could be found in aisle 12 and it still took us an eternity to find them.” “Eternity is a bit of an exaggeration, don’t you think?” asked Urania. “When thinking, being, or doing something new… it always takes a bit longer. We’re not making our memorized, practiced, and eagerly consumed Toll House chocolate chippers.”
Exploring: got a new drone. Old one is no longer software supported, and the batteries not only cannot hold a charge but they became warm and developed rounded sides while charging. 😳 New one comes in a case that holds the drone, controller, 3 batteries, charger, and accessories — and could fit in our glove compartment. (The box for the old drone could hold ten+ of the new one.) AND the camera is awesomely better. I could go into more detail [“Oh dear goddess no!” exclaimed Thalia] but let’s just say I hope to have fun exploring its capabilities, in our neighborhood and on travels.
Specifically, sitar music, in a 50+ year flashback to first hearing Ravi Shankar during my first year of college. Today I watched his daughter, Anoushka, performing on YouTube.
And moments ago, while walking our dog, I observed a limpkin (local wading bird that eats apple snails) approach a mother Canada goose that has been incubating her eggs.
Baking, baking...I opted to impart my pound cake secrets to my sister on Sunday morn. It was a good time to catch up. Additionally, I was able to give her some plant cuttings, a mower, and a weed whacker.
Speaking of Middle Eastern treats, I want to try my hand at muhallabia(sp?), which is a coconut-like custard with orange blossom water.

We might need your help if Henny goes on a solo rabbit hunt again!
Music, Cal.

Natural curiosity met with equanimity.
😁 Connection! Have we forgotten how much fun it is to learn about one another?
From the looks of this comment thread... connection is making a comeback.

Do you have a recipe? Perhaps we could both make the treat... and you would consider a collaborative post on BFN about our experience?
Rice flour is really hard to bake with, IMHO.
I worked up a sweat kneading the dough into a glutinous ball. It is now refrigerating “overnight”. Plan to bake later today.
What have you baked with rice flour?
I tried to make some cookies very similar to what you made but they came out a little bit powdery.
