Thanks Jack! We do, too. Still exploring the possibility of pulling all three into a collection. We'll need a box designer? Good thing Urania is in the mix because Cal and Tal are heading to the bakery. 😂

Reader was stymied by “the sound of ticking” for a bit. While he was certain it wasn’t coming from the ticking of the chair cushions, the facts escaped him. His scrunched up brow refused to un-scrunch! A time bomb? An ancient Big Ben alarm clock?? The grandfather clock in typist’s home outside the studio door?

After rereading the story, there was my answer. The wall clock! For this hearing impaired reader, the muffled ticks from our battery powered kitchen wall clock are inaudible except when all is still, late at night. I would need something to tick with the force of Big Ben in London.

But I would still love to disappear into the foggy forest!

Typist and the muses find they are apt to repeat words and phrases in their shorty-short stories. Sometimes they remember to go back and check-check-check it out... deleting or amending when it feels right to do so. That very thing happened with the words wall and clock today. We apologize for any stymy-ification. (We also like to make up our own words!)

Our second attempt at the foggy forest? The forest is better, the deer -- not so good. Good thing we have lots of paper -- and the new paint cakes are not in the same ballpark as the grade school version we've been using up until now. Just a dab goes a long way!

I never would have guessed that there were different grades of water color paints!
