What a delightful sentiment for beginning a new year! Now to find a reliable source for a tri-fold bear hug…

Social distancing and all that.

And all that…

Oh, we’ve still miles to go with tech. Trying to sort out the facets of 2 newsletters for one author… email? Google? Social media?

Where are the donuts?!

Donuts? This morning the fudge-iced brownies that jumped in my grocery cart have been most beneficial!

Two newsletters?! Why not start 2022 with a fresh opportunity? I almost wrote “challenge.”

Good start.

Men in Black — The alien demands “sugar water”. The muses like their sugar mixed with flour and/or dairy.

Bye-bye BFN? Oh! My heart.

There is sadness and… relief rolled into that consideration. 🤔

Might you adopt a pseudonym? Or an overarching Byline that captures their collective essence?

I sensed their might be a long goodbye with this process. Hug them tight, and kiss their foreheads.

I just read a quote from Ralph Waldo... "Adopt the pace of nature: Her secret is patience."

Not sure how Cal, Tal, and Nia feel about that. They are timeless... so we don't look at the clock and calendar the same way?

A pseudonym? Curious question... I'm not sure if/why I would want to. Any thoughts?

Overarching byline: I'm working on that. I want it to be powerful... to speak right to the heart.

The part about pacing and time? I once shared a comment by Emmet Fox, “What’s your hurry? We’re already living in eternity!”

On pseudonyms, the notion may have been like suggesting changing the “kid’s” surname. I was contemplating how you would address potential overlap between BFN and 3musesmerge content. And I confess, I was intrigued when I first read that women writers adopted male pseudonyms in order to be published. J.K. Rowling was one such, morphed from simply Jo Rowling, to avoid gender stereotypes, to broaden audience appeal. The Bronte sisters similarly adopted both first and last male names. Same rationale as Rowling.

I sometimes venture deep into the rabbit hole…

I recognize it may be your exact intent to target primarily female readers with your work, so the male-flip pseudonym would have little value. If a broader audience is intended, and with the Muses’ inherently female personas, perhaps a pseudonym would have value. I was just trolling my brain and snagged the notion/question.

You have the enviable position to wrestle with plotting this course. Lots of writing, and now publishing, under your belt (er, apron) and a new interest in painting. Think big.

Wonderful, and not in the least surprising! (Your aims, thoughts, and process.)

Oh no! I hope it isn't bye bye BFN.

For now I'm keeping BFN... as my personal space. Not sure what this is all going to look like Monty... trusting my intuition that it's the next right step.

I am doing my best to be aware and to listen. I still wonder how often I don't hear... or get signals crossed. If you haven't noticed, (the muses sometimes let it slip), we can be pretty hard on ourselves.

This is the mark I am aiming for:
