What are you going to DO with it?

I have never been more enthusiastic 
                                   about being a writer,
                                                               a creator,
                                                                        an artist.

You see, I’m reading a story about a mouse…
and it has me all lit up inside.

Or… filled with helium…
ready to rise.

This tiny, big-eared outcast has me believing I can do anything I set my mind to!

That my friends, is the power and magic of stories.

I am ready to embarrass myself,
                    to fall flat on my snout as many times as it takes —
                                                          so that when opportunity knocks,
                                                                                                       I am ready for take off.
