Such a simple little teaching…..and it becomes more and more important. ~Mother Teresa

Ach! I hate that memory. I hope I was not as screechy and mean as I remember myself.
The good news is….the toddler has no conscious memory of planting that day,
and
the mother has spent countless hours learning new ways of being, sowing fresh seeds.
Yesterday I read Nick Cave’s Red Hand File about cancel culture.
(Un-hip me had to look up exactly what cancel culture means. Ach!)
I’m aware that WE have planted the culture we reap today.
WE invited a world of polarity.
You’re either right
or
wrong.
WE stifled creativity
with
success
or
failure.
The good news is….
we can pull ourselves out of the pickle jar we put ourselves in
with
mercy
opening
sowing new seeds.
People: The source of all our problems. And yet, we have no other source for solutions.
~Lee Thayer
We begin by observing ourselves
because what’s inside
becomes what’s outside.
