day upon day
of grey clouds
while somewhere else in the world
day upon day
of blue sky

The first thing you need to understand is that the negative feeling is inside you. You are responsible for the negative feeling, not the other person. ~Anthony De Mello
First I'm going to guess the white streaks are of snowflakes falling? The appearance is that of a "flash" from your phone, yet the shutter speed seems quite slow!?
Second, the snow on the leash? Accumulation from this snow event? Or Henny dragging you through the snow?
De Mello's observation seems a comment on "projection," imagining in others the very traits or feelings we ourselves possess. Perhaps an attempt to gloss over our differences from others.
