Urania snuck a peek at the clock. “C’mon… c’mon! We’re almost at the twenty-four hour mark.”
Calliope’s head rested on folded arms, eyelids closed, eyeballs darting to-and-fro beneath. At the sound of Urania’s shrill voice, she woke with a start. “Are we sure?”
“Sure about what?” Thalia asked with the nonchalance of an old woman sitting on a park bench feeding pigeons on a summer day.
“Asking people to pay us?! For our chatter.” Cal’s face was pink and dewey.
Urania cleared her throat. “Remember the story we wrote about Picasso the other day? We’ve been practicing our skills for quite some time now. How we see and value ourselves is how the world will see and value us.”
“And if I say so myself… We’re amazing!” Thalia did three jumping jacks. “Our time has come to act like it. All of life is an experiment! We can pivot any time.”
“We did it!” the trio said in unison. “Want to subscribe to 3musesmerge? Here is the link to our first post!”
This should be interesting! 😊 And fun! 😄
Congrats on launching 3mm (wait, is that a good abbreviation? looks more like a tiny measurement) Gail, and good luck!
